How Can PCOS, Amenorrhea With Weight Gain Be Treated?

I have a menstrual problem right now, i have not done menstruation since Dec '10. I was diagnosed to have poly cystic syndrome disease last year when i had a similar problem which was treated and i started having my regular period again. I believe this disease has re occurred again since i have not menstruated since Last year December. Please what can i do have a permanent solution as my weight keeps increasing and i don't want to be overweight. Thanks.
