I am 63 year old that is dating a 58 female. We have dating for a year now. She lived with me for 4 months. The problem is she was molested at an early life. She is not interested in sex. But we have had sex. After sex she gets very quiet.

Hello, There are several methods for treating PTSD. Cognitive behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing and prolonged exposure therapy are all treatments that can help patients enormously. The main thing is to find a therapist that specializes in treating PTSD and has a good reputation for success.
