I am 62 year old male suffering from Parkinson s disease, my medication and dosage is as follow Ropark 2 mg thrice a day Syncapone 100 mg thrice a day Relgin 1 mg once in the morning Amentrel 100 mg twice a day Problem: most of the symptoms are in control and seems normal, the only difficulty is getting up after sitting. Is it side effect of medicine? Same condition was improved by taking Amentrel two years back.
3)Discuss with your physio about [Alexander technique]which focuses on muscle posture, balance and thinking about how you use muscles may reduce muscle tension and pain.
