How Can Parkinson's Disease Be Managed?

My first cousin is 67 years old and has stage two Parkinson. He lives by himself in NYC. I live about 3 hours away. How do you suggest our family supports his health challenges? I don't have any reports or images only an email address: YYYY@YYYY
