How Can UTI Along With Chest Pain Be Treated?

Hi. I am googling symptoms of UTI I have a UTI as we speak and the doctor put me on Macrobid but I have pain in my chest I can’t bend over I can’t lay down I never heard of this before and now I’m reading about it more on the Internet can someone help me and point me into the right direction because this is not normal
