Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If both of you are virgins and are not tested positive for STD, then there is no need to worry. If your partner is positive for STD, then it could be transmitted to you by contact with his semen with the anal mucosa. Kindly get yourself tested for STD after two weeks and again after 3 months to know what could be the status. If it is negative, then there is no need to worry about. If the result comes as positive, then treatment needs to be instituted accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
