How Can A UTI Caused By ESPL-producing E Coli Be Treated?

I have acquired a UTI caused by e. coli, esbl producing. I cant seem to find someone who is willing to treat me. Or is this persistent infection unable to be treated. I had a friend that died eventually when she developed a septisemia as a result of a similar problem. Also, I had a difficult uti five years ago, was treated at the Jax Mayo clinic successfully.
