Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have not been cercomsized, when I pull the fore skin back I have developed a blister or large pimple under the there. My Doctor looked at it & perscribed Doxycycline3 Hycalate 100MG twice a day & also Clotrimazole & Betamesthasone put on the penis twice a day. Does this sound like the right medicines? Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here are my thoughts.
A large pimple after pulling back foreskin in a person who is not circumscribed can be due to a cyst formation or accumulation of smegma in the form of a lump. Your posting photos would have helped. I would advise you the following in such a situation: Consult a General Surgeon to get a proper diagnosis for a proper management. Since there is no wound as per the history you have suggested antibiotics and such medications may not be really of great help. You may need a proper surgery and/or circumcision for permanent cure.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. T Chandrakant
