How Can A Bruise And Swelling On The Face And Eyes Be Treated?

I fell on my face about 5 weeks ago. Hit the side of my nose. Bloody nose, major black eyes, all the usual. Doesn t feel like a broken nose, however, I do have a bump on the side of my nose that I can push in without pain...assuming cartilage. I did not go to the Dr. I still have residual bruising under my eyes (think darker than normal dark circles) and also periodic small swelling on my cheek on the side that hit the concrete. (Full facial plant into a concrete porch). I m trying to get the remainder of the discoloration to go away and can t. Any recommendations? I ve tried wet warm compresses, arnica creme, neti pot flushing of sinus (this is recent the past 2 days).

* In addition to above measures, ice application for 3-4 times a day with anti inflammatory medicine as Ibuprofen 3 times a day will help much.
