Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Bruises are nothing but a minor collection of blood underneath the skin. No definite treatment is required and it will subside on its own. In your case you are more prone to develop bruises because of warfarin. You can apply ice packs for faster recovery. Consult a doctor only if you feel that the bruises increase in size. As of now no need to stop warfarin.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
