How Can A Burn Wound On The Body Be Treated?

Hi, my son got burn from boiling water and nformed blisters and some parts of the skin peeled off. I gave him a TT shot..antibiotics and acelefenac plus. I also apply silverex ionic gel and aloe vera alternately.But some fluid use to flow out from the burn area. What is the reason behind it?

Burn wound especially with boiling water can cause oozing of fluid from the wound. It’s a quite common finding and nothing much to worry about. It is due to leakage of edema fluid due to edema under the burnt site. Continue antibiotics and pain killers. Drink plenty of water to keep him hydrated.
