How Can A Difficult Bowel Movement Be Treated?

Hi, ok when i have a bowl movement i tend to brakeout from head to toe in like rashes. i have big bumps as if like welps,i get very dissey a need to lay down in front of a blasting fan. my stomch hurts so bad an there is blood in my sttol. anything please thanks.

Remedy-
IBS with D needs consults from physician.
Antibiotics+metronidazole+Sporlac caps+Yoghurt+Multivitamins+Butter milk x 2 times +anti-spasmodics would resolve the difficult bowel.
Deworming with Wormin, with Hetrazan to treat hives/rashes,from eosinohilic entero-colitis.
