How Can A Dog Bite Wound On The Hand Be Treated?

My dog bit my hand in two places one worse than the other. They were fighting over a bone and i got in the middle. Now my dogs dont have up to date shots but thet do not go out side. My little finger looks bruise d towards the end and nail. The skin is broken abit. Now i had a tetanus shot about over ten yrs Would i need. Another?
