How Can A Gluteal Cleft Boil With Draining Pus Be Treated?

I have a boil in my butt crack that i found draining it s self this morning. It right by my anus and I am wondering what to do next ? I cleaned it immediately after i noticed it at started to drain . My doctor currently has me on antibiotics for the boil since yesterday but I don t know what to do next due to the sensitive area , and I. Am reading a lot of different things on line . Thanks

According to your details the possibilities are-
1.Simple boil
2.Fistula in ano

if it is simple boil it will cure by antibiotic treatment.
if recurrence occur then it might be due to fistula in ano.
