my son fell out the back door head first on to the pavement didnt even put his hands out... its swollen quite alot and hes been to bed only for 2 hours then woke up crying he seems abit dazed but himself also is there anything to worry about he hasn t been sick or fell asleep after this has happned nicola

Hello. I just read through your question. If there was no loss of consciousness at the time of the injury, there is not much to worry about. If he is experiencing headache, he may be treated with Ibuprofin. However, if the dizziness persists, I recommend consulting with your doctor.
