How Can A Hypothyroidism Woman Loose Weight?

Do you have any tips on weight loss for a middle age woman who is Dx w/ hypothyroidism? Her TSH levels are under control, she works out at curves 3x's per week and she has had problems with weight loss all of her life, she has tried numerous diets, activities and natural remedies that haven't worked, I am desperately searching for any tips or advice, we even went as far as seeing an endoronologist to measure T3 levels, which all seem fine....

As far as tsh and t3 , t4 are normal you dont have to worry.

certain Things you should know are:

In hypothyroidism metabolism slows down due to decrease production of thyroid hormones ,so you should take low calorie, low fat diet.
Reduce consumption of certain goitrogenic foods like cabbage, cauliflower, soyabeans, brocolli , greentea, radish.
consume small meals with right portion size of meal dont consume large quantiies.
Avoid fatty foods ,simple sugars , sweets,fried foods all these increases your calorie intake.
Fill your plate more with more veggies and lean protein and less of cereals
Make regular exercise for atleast 45 minutes a part of your daily regimen.
