Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us,

I have studied your case with diligence.
There i s possibility of bursal injury near knee, leading to swelling.
Another possibility can be synovial swelling.

So I will advise to take an x-ray and MRI knee to see ligament injury.
Start ice fomentation and use knee immobiliser

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
