General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The description you have provided suggestive intestinal obstruction. Get a CT scan of abdomen done to look for the level of obstruction as well as whether it is a tumor or fecal impaction. If the obstruction is not relieved with enema and laxatives , surgery might be the only option. If the general conditions are not suitable for definitive surgery, we will go for minimal procedures like colostomy to relieve the obstruction. Consult a general surgeon and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
