How Can A Medical Abortion S Completion Be Confirmed?

Respected sir/ mam , my last period date was on 8 th October and on 15 th October I did pregnancy test it was positive at home after that I take mifegest kit and take one tablat on IST day and other two tabletes after 24 hours gap one by one gap of eight hours but little bleeding happened then it stops the other one after gap of 36 hours .kindly help me.

Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. Firstly, the fetal products at 4-6 weeks of pregnancy are very tiny and not larger than a small blood clot. Hence expulsion may go unnoticed and the associated bleeding also is little. Secondly, clinical confirmation of the pregnancy followed by a sonogram to detect the location of the gestation sac and the age of the pregnancy is mandatory to detect the mode of abortion and the dosage of the drug. Since you self-medicated, as it appears from your description, I would ask you to see a specialist for confirmation of the completion of the process and further management. Hope this helps.
