How Can A Painful Brusied Muscle On The Foot Be Treated?

Hi .. my Dr. told me I have a bruised muscle on the top of my foot, and I get pain in my shin, sometimes going up to my thigh. what can I do for this, does it sound like I may have a small fracture, I was planni g to go get an x-ra tomorrow, this has been going on for 4 weeks now.

Hi,

Kindly apply Betadine ointment on your wound and keep it clean. Kindly consult an orthopedician and take an X-ray of your knee joint and make sure you have no fracture.
