How Can A Painful Cyst On The Heel Be Treated?

I had a g cyst on my left upper heel, and now i have one on the right upper heel and it s very painful and the left one feels like it has come back, i went to my podietrist and he gave me a cream to use and it broke me out in hives, but now i don t know what to do, because i am on medicare and they won t pay for me to go to the doctor i had to pay out of pocket.

Hi,

Creams don’t give good results for a ganglion cyst. You can consult an orthopaedician and go for either excision or aspiration. Excision is proffered as it has got lesser chances for recurrence.
