Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

You have a painful hip condition and this needs a joint replacement surgery. Before this, you should diagnose the condition by CT scan to know if it is a cyst confined to the bone itself and not spreading to the area around. That is make sure its benign.

More local injections into the hip is not recommended.Your medical history shows no reason, why you cannot go in for replacement surgery to relieve the persistent pain and regain your physical activity.

Hope I have answered your query.
