How Can A Painful Hematoma On The Forehead Be Treated?
Hello. I had a boat tubing accident 6 weeks ago with my sons head met my forehead. A large hematoma and severe bruising for me for 3-4 weeks including a concussion. I did not go to ER...no XRays. 6 weeks out hematoma smaller but still is penatrating and seems to hurt much more now....without CS or X-rays what are the sysmptoms of a fractured supraorbital and how long should I give the hematoma to dissolve?

Without xray or CT, fracture cannot be commented in skull region. The hematoma usually resolves in 4-8 weeks depending upon the side and location. You can take pain killer for few days for pain.
