Sir, im brinda I ve 2 kids male 2yrs, female 31/2yrs. My daughter s going 2 lkg. Problem s my kids r always watching tv. Playing mobile games. V don t knw how 2 handle them. Im physically handicapped im working as staff nurse. Im nt able to take care my kids. They r wit my parents so plz give some idea s

Hi, Thanks for asking. In my opinion you should as far as possible have a structured routine for your children. T V time should be pre determined and should be limited to half hour a day on week days and one hour a day on week ends. Any tantrums for more tv or mobile games should not be entertained. The tv or screen time can be used as reward for desired behaviour or can be withdrawn as punishment for bad behaviour. You may give them books for children or en-roll them for some outdoor activities.
