How Can A Pinched Nerve In The Neck Be Treated?

Hi, I have had 2 major concussions and whiplash and now have dizziness when I turn my head to the left or look up, I get exertion headaches and feel like the blood circulation in my head is not as it should be due to something pinching in my neck..? Have had neuro, acupuncture, physio, chiro and massage... My gut tells me that there is something wrong with an artery/vein. Do you have any recommendations.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Since when you developed dizziness? Post concussion syndrome may present like dizziness and nausea up to six weeks. Cognitive and headache symptoms may present up to months. Headache only on one posture may be due to BPPV or cervical spondylosis. Use tablet naprosyn twice a day for five days.use tablet vertin 16 mg thrice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
