How Can A Sore On The Lip And Eye Irritation Be Treated?

My 11 year old son had a sore come up on his lip a few days ago along with having really irritated eyes. yesterday he started to complain of his left knee giving out weak and radiating pain down from the knee and his left side of his back is swollen as well, last night he vomited all of his meal and today he had server diarrhea minutes after eating. no fever.

Please send a photo of the lesion on the child’ lips to exclude herpes infection. Also please get a test for streptococcus infection and rheumatoid factor to exclude rheumatoid fever.
