Hello. My name is sunil pawar. M from Mumbai.-India. my mother aged 67 years is a diabetic patient sice 6 years. Her diabetes has been very fluctuating since long time from 120 to around 300 sometimes. She has been diagnosed with natal cleft squamous cell carcinoma just 2-3 inches above the anus. Doctors removed the tumor through biopsy. However sonography reports say that the cancer traces are found in natal cleft area and lymph nodes. The oncologist have suggested full body PET scan however unless the wound heals cancer treatment cannot b started. The excision was of a big size. Hence i want to know how the wound can be healed quickly to permit cancer treatment. 2 days before she also had a massive cardiac arrest but she is stable now. Kindly provide ur valuable suggestions.
