How Can A Thickened Endometrium With Posteriorly Retained Products Of Conception Be Managed?
Uterus anterverted. No focal lesion is seen in the myometrium. Endometrial echocomlex is thickened in the fundamental region (20mm,16mg,8mm,6mm s.o.l is seen posteriorly retained products of conception. Cervix, ovaries and cultural de sac are normal.
