How Can Abdominal Bloating And Appetite Loss Be Treated?

I have been bloated all day today and can t eat. This has never happened to me ? Last night for supper I ate fresh beets from the garden with pasta. I had 2 fried eggs and sweet potatoes for breakfast. I have not eaten since this a.m. I do feel better now.

Hello,

Your symptoms can be related to a viral infection. I suggest you use simethicone medication for the bloating. I also recommend using a fibre-rich diet to avoid constipation. I recommend to drink liquids.
