How Can Abdominal Bloating And Pain Along With Vomiting Be Treated?

The past few days I haven't eaten much because I always feel full. Sometimes my stomach hurts and I keep throwing up in my mouth. I noticed I get tired a lot easier and I can't focus on work (due to lack of food). What is wrong and How can I get better?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Bloating and vomiting may be due to acute gastritis or food intolerance or inflammatory bowel problems or infections or malabsorption syndrome or irritable bowel problems etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.
Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.
Avoid lactose and gluten contain food, take soft diet and pro-biotics.
Use tablet Ondonsetron twice a day for five days.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
