How Can Abdominal Infection With Stones Be Treated?

My father who is 63 years of age who got abdomen infection. After the scan they told that he has tiny stones in it. But doctors told that they not going to surgery, because they gave 2 reasons 1) Tiny stones which they can't operate 2) The patient is diabetic and have B.P. Please help me. And do reply me.
