How Can Abdominal Pain Due To Small-bowel Obstruction Be Treated?

Hai sir, I am 26 years old girl. I am not get married. 4 Months back i was affected by appendix pain. So i was got a surgery by a surgeon. Now i have a right side pain. So i take a ultra sonogram abdomen female scan. This scan report says Focal dilated small bowel loops seen in right iliac region with active peristalsis - for clinical correlation. No free fluid in abdomen . What can i do for this conditions. Please tell a suggestions sir...
