How Can Abdominal Pain With Loose Stools Be Treated?

31 year old male. 6'1'' 288 lbs. For the last 2 years I have been suffering with abdominal pain that moves around and off and on nausea. I frequently have loose stools. And now am starting to have pain in my lower back and pelvic area. Have been told repeatedly that I only have GERD and High Cholesterol. Recently had an X-Ray on my back and showed that it's twisted (birth defect) and that I have arthritis starting. Current doctor seems unconcerned but I am tired of living in pain.

HI
Well come to HCM
Gastrointestinal infection may be likely and this can be well treated with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day, for five days, with Tab Omeprazole once in day, Tab Chlordiazepoxide three times in day, for three weeks, hope this information helps.
