General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Pure yeast form must have increased her gastritis and esophagitis too. Hence I would like to advise her the following:
-Soft bland diet.
-Small frequent feeds.
-PPI like omeprazole.
-Take an antacid.
-Domperidone.
-Consult a gastroenterologist.
-Upper GI endoscopy.
-Rule out diabetes.
-Further management as per reports.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant
