How Can Acute Back Pain Be Treated?

hello, my dad is have pain in his back under his ribs. He says it is from being on a tractor but that is his everyday life. He is yelling with pain when he sits or starts to stand. could it be something more serious than just a back problem? (gall bladder?)

Hello, welcome to healthcare magic.I go through your query.Probably your father is right .He has got muscle pain and spasm due over work on tractor. Analgesics(Diclofenac sodium 50 mg three times a day) may be helpful to relieve pain .I think this will be of some use to you.
