How Can Acute Constipation Be Treated?

i cannot let the poo get out completely , i still have it inside my anal and it wont get out, it reach a certen position and sucks there , i did insert my finger to break it down manually into peases.. am wondering is there any other way to make it less hard and get out smoothly NOW?

Dear you are suffering from Constipation. need to take high fiber diet , regular exercise. avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid smoking.

use syrp.cremaffin plus 30ml at night time. if symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
