Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Rash is not a common side effect of paroxetine , but yes it can cause the rash but we should rule out other causes , if the rash has developed or worsen after its use , in such cases we just advise to stop the drug and contact your doctor , he would see if the drug has caused it then he can give you a better alternative .

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
