How Can An Elbow Mass With Shoulder Pain Be Treated?

Hi I have a movable mass right above my left elbow that comes and goes and causes me discomfort. Not really pain, just feels like something is there that should not be. I have had pain in the left shoulder for years that I must stretch to make the bone pop to get relieve. Any ideas? Thank you

A movable mass above the elbow that comes and goes could be vascular tumor called haemangioma, these are usually not cancers and have to be either excised or sclerotherapy is to be given, consult and get it diagnosed.
