How Can An Elderly Woman Lose Weight While Experiencing Hardness In The Abdomen And Prolonged Washroom Visits?

Hello, Why can t my mom loose her very big stomach? The bottom part of it is bulging out and the whole thing is hard. She is diabetic and a size 24 with authorities...and time to time needs to spent too much time is a bathroom before leaving home. I thought a 3 weeks exercise program could work for her. (age 72). Am I right?

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, I will advised that though a exercise program must work for her. She has to be extra careful about not getting herself injured during the program. Also, do not expect any 3 week program to clear tummy fat. She will take at least a year of regular moderate exercise and controlled diet and sugar for weight reduction. She can ask her doctor for Bariatric surgery but I will not recommend her due to her age. She can start with the exercise course but yoga will also help her very much.
