How Can An Infant With Bilateral Renal Pelvis Dilation Be Treated?

Hi. I have a baby girl of 4 nd half months old. She has a bilateral renal pelvis dilation of 14 mm in left kidney and 6 mm in right kidney during the scan on 1 st month. And now it is 8mm on left kidney and no dilation on right one. Is it normal. Or what should we do now

she will need repeat ultrasounds to see that it is improving every 2-3months
be careful she does not develop a iron art infection as that could worsen things
see that she is well hydrated and that you change her diaper as son as she stools if possible
