How Can Anal Fissure Be Treated?

On my anus I have symptoms of possibly a fissure. I have sever itching, hurts sometimes burns, it bleeds, it hurts incredibly bad when I make a bowel movement. After a bowel movement it will even hurt to walk sometimes. I ve tried so many different things to help it...went to the doctor once and all they said was it s not a hemmerhoid.
