How Can Anal Fissures Be Permanently Treated?

hi..i am a 26-year-old female sufferring from anal fissure for the past 1-1/2 years...first time, i got this when i tried to pass a very hard stool and it resolved with sitz bath and proctoglyvenol ointment, but since then i get frequent anal fissures and it resolves with sitz bath and some medicines, but again it recurs. I got this nearly 10 - 15 times in the past 1-1/2 years. Pls give me permanent solution for this. I recently tried anal dilators also. Pls tell me how long should i use the dilators and how to use it and is that a permanent solution for anal fissure?

* Primary guidelines for better outcome

- continue high fiber diet to get soft regular bowels .
- anal dilator use according to the anal sphincter tone and as per the
guidance by your consultant surgeon .
- strict dietary measures .
- avoid anal intercourse ( if doing ) .
