How Can Ankle Pain Due To An Injury Be Treated?

On the 15th of September, I was playing football fine with my school and after making it back home to go get ready for class, took a nice shower and still no pain. After Getting Off i-95, while parking in school lot was when I felt a major pain on my ankle and decided to attend the ER.

I think that you might be having ankle sprain and it can be a ligament damage, I would suggest you to get MRI of the ankle to see if there is any ligament tear is there, most probably it can be a cartilage damage or it can be anterior talofibular ligament damage is there.
