How Can Appetite Be Regained?
I’m taking generic Bactrim, on my second day of it. I am experiencing complete loss of appetite and a little dizziness. When I had bad flu in December, on Azythronycin, I lost my appetite completely and drank lots and lots of water. My sodium level dropped to 112, I halluninated and went to hospital. As soon as they put me on IV, my appetite picked back up to normal. I’m hoping I don’t do this again. I have high blood pressure. Is there anything I can take or do to get my appetite back?

Hi,
You may be suffering from post viral illnesses fatigue syndrome.
Hyponatremia may be possible with SIADH. So you can take plenty of water or use tablet Levocarnitine.
If symptoms not improved please consult your physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
