How Can Appetite Loss In An Infant Be Treated?

My girl child is 15months old. I gave her zincovit drops till 12 months dosage as prescribed by pediatrician. After 1 yr I stopped it. But now she refuse to eat food . any liquid drink also. Her weight is 8kg. Can I start zincovit again. If yes what is the dosage. She is not at all gaining weight. Getting sick often.

I do understand your concern

“As” per your clinical history is concerned give her zincovit syrup 2.5 ml once a day and never stop it and get her stool tested for any infection.
