How Can Arm Pain With Heat And Heaviness Be Treated?

Hi, I am a little worried about why my left arm hurts, it feels heavy and very hot inside? I have diabetes (4 injections a day). Over the last few months I have also felt very hot, mainly my face feel like it's burning. haven't been to the docs yet though.
