Your mother suffering from arthritis. There are many types of arthritis but mainly of two types. First is osteochondritis which is degenerative arthritis related to age. Second is rheumatoid arthritis, it is inflammatory arthritis which starts at a younger age, and morning pain is characteristic features. She needs clinical examination by orthopedic surgeon and investigations to know from which arthritis she is suffering. You can discuss your doctor about it.
