How Can Asymmetrical Testis And Premature Ejaculation Be Treated?

sir i am suffering with one problem left side of the my testis is some large to compare to the right side of the testes and sperm is come out side with in one or two seconds and sperm PH is 8 to 8.5 . so what is the problem and tell medication .thanking you sir.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and proper history.
You have two problems:
The disparity between the two testes can be confirmed by manual palpation by an Urologist, and ultrasonography with color doppler for finding any other problem like epididymo-orchitis, hydrocele, tumor, cancer etc. which can mimic enlarged testis on the left side.

Another problem is premature ejaculation. This is most of the times a psychological related to stress and anxiety. You can discuss this with your Urologist or a Sexologist as this is all related to your future sex/ married life. You will get a proper Psychotherapy and / or medicines for this.
