How Can Bacterial Vaginosis Be Treated?

Hello, I m a 23 year old female who has had bv for over a year. I ve tried 4 rounds of antibiotics with no success as well as a few other methods. I have a constant brown foul smelling discharge. When I was 17 I had a pill abortion, bled for 5 weeks. At my follow up the ultra sound showed I still had a good amount of blood.

Hi,

Since you have used four rounds of antibiotics with no success then you are having a recurrent vaginal infection. Before taking any treatment you should absolutely do a vaginal culture. You can only take treatment that comes out of it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
