Hello,

As per query, your toddler have bad breath which is known as halitosis and mainly occurs due to bacterial infection of oral cavity and dry mouth which leads to dehydration.

I would suggest you maintain oral hygiene. Do brushing and rinse mouth with water after every meal. Rub teeth and gums with a wet cloth as well. If symptoms keep on persisting visit periodontist once and get scaling and cleaning of teeth done to prevent any microbial accumulation. Drink plenty of water. Stop taking sticky, spicy and sharp food substances.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
